The Tower of Babel or Noah’s Arc?

Surprisingly the answer maybe both. Insulated in a sea of vacuum, protect from any disaster on the Homeworld and a place where 14 nations combine their scientific minds.  The ISS makes perfect sense as both these “old world” concepts reemerge as cutting edge technology.  The ISS is a joint venture between the USA, Japanese, Russian, Canadian and European Space Agencies.  Billed as the most expensive object ever built the price tag for the station has been estimated at about 30 billion to 160 billion dollars.  Hows that for a bloated budget.  Also credited (by himself )with the invention of the internet,  Al Gore along with some Russian Prime Minister who served under Boris Yeltsin together are the men responsible for the ISS.  Al Gores connection to the internet and the ISS  is what has me going on this Conspiracy Theory.

Lets just say Al Gore “invented”, was “responsible for” or was in some way “involved with the creation of the internet”.  Since I haven’t written my Conspiracy Theory post on the internet yet you may not know the importance of the internet in my End Times New World Order scenario.  Its there and one day i’ll write it.  To have one man at the center of a few theories is great for me.

Whats I find amaz-a-zing, apart from the price tag is the lack of information as to what the hell is going on up there anyway.  Some experiments, corporate sponsored, government sponsored, are indeed valuable to science and the interest of long term space flight on humans but at a cost so high it makes a suspicious mind wonder.  What really is up there, or is this just another case of Government Gone Wild?
